Ingredients:
- 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate
- 60 g (1/4 cup) butter
- 2 eggs
- 40 g (3 tbsp) sugar
- 25 g (3 tbsp) flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Grease two ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter together.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour and salt, then fold into chocolate mixture.
- Divide into ramekins, bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain gooey.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar or ice cream.
