Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pan, stir-fry chicken 5 min.
- Add garlic and vegetables, cook 4–5 min.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
