Easy Chicken Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan, stir-fry chicken 5 min.
  2. Add garlic and vegetables, cook 4–5 min.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
