One-Pot Beef Chili

Ingredients:

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large pot, brown the beef until no longer pink.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper, cook 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, tomatoes, beans, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer covered for 25–30 minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve with bread, rice, or tortilla chips.
