Ingredients:
- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) chopped tomatoes
- 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pot, brown the beef until no longer pink.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, tomatoes, beans, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer covered for 25β30 minutes until thickened.
- Serve with bread, rice, or tortilla chips.
