New Year’s Eve Sparkling Cranberry Punch

Ingredients
- 4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
- 2 cups orange juice, chilled
- 1 bottle pineapple juice, chilled
- 2 cups ginger ale, chilled
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, chilled (or sparkling water for non-alcoholic)
Garnish & Serve
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- Ice cubes as needed
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Chill everything. Make sure all juices, ginger ale, and sparkling wine are well-chilled.
- Combine juices. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, stir together cranberry, orange, and pineapple juice.
- Add bubbles. Just before serving, gently pour in ginger ale and sparkling wine (or sparkling water). Stir once to combine without losing fizz.
- Garnish. Add cranberries, orange and lime slices, and a few rosemary sprigs.
- Serve. Add ice to glasses (not the bowl to keep fizz longer) and ladle punch over ice.
Notes
- Make-ahead: Mix juices up to 24 hrs ahead; add bubbly just before serving.
- Non-alcoholic: Replace sparkling wine with sparkling water or extra ginger ale.
- Sweeter/less sweet: Adjust with extra ginger ale or a splash of simple syrup to taste.
- Kid-friendly: Use only juices + ginger ale; skip alcohol entirely.
